Private Work at the Edge of Internal Success

You have built something extraordinary. You made the exit. The number landed.
So why does everything feel the same?

Sound Familiar?

  • You made the exit. The number landed. So why does it feel like something essential didn’t come with it?
  • You’ve tried filling the space — the next venture, the travel, the ‘I just need a break.’ How’s that working?
  • You’ve started to suspect the problem isn’t what you’re doing. It’s who you’ve been becoming to do it.
  • You’ve talked to coaches, maybe therapists. Smart people with good intentions. And yet — nothing has actually moved.
  • The same drive, discipline, and analytical mind that built your company — have you noticed they might be part of what’s keeping you stuck?
  • If you read this list and felt something — not just intellectual recognition, but something closer to relief that someone finally named it — we should talk.

Meet Brent Moody

Founder, Soul Implementer

For 35 years, I worked at the highest levels of Bay Street, managing $350 million in assets and advising founders, executives, and families on wealth, strategy, and performance. I was exceptionally good at it.

In 2018, after a transformative experience in Bali, I walked away. Not because I failed — because I succeeded at the wrong game.

That moment launched a completely different education. I spent years studying what money can’t buy: consciousness, transformation, and the architecture of awakening. Today, I bridge both worlds — the only guide who speaks fluent Success Street and fluent Soul Street.

This Isn’t Coaching.
This Isn’t Therapy.

Business coaches help you build the next thing. Therapists help you process the past. Neither
addresses the fundamental structure that made you successful AND empty at the same time.
I’ve developed a systematic approach that translates consciousness work into executable frameworks for analytical minds. It’s something that didn’t exist until someone lived both worlds.

The result: founders who are successful AND joyful. Not one at the expense of the other.

Ready?

The discovery call is the gateway to the essential details that crystallize the program — the framework, the essence of the work — shared where alignment emerges.

I work with a limited number of founders at any given time. The discovery conversation is where we determine whether this is the right fit — for both of us.

No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation between two people who’ve done the work of building something — and are ready for what comes after.
